how do i choose the right silicone tip
Each device comes with several silicone tips in three sizes. Choose the one that seals the ear canal without noticeable pressure to prevent feedback. You can clean the tips at any time with warm water.
what is the hearing aid casing made of
We manufacture the outer shell from impact-resistant ABS plastic that withstands sweat and contact. The earpieces sitting in the ear are made entirely of skin-friendly silicone without plasticizers.
how do i clean the ear tips properly
Carefully pull the silicone tip off the sound tube and rinse it with lukewarm water. Allow the material to air dry completely before reattaching it to the housing.
can i pay for the order at the door
Yes, we ship cash on delivery upon request, allowing you to pay the courier directly in cash. Alternatively, advance payment via standard bank transfer is available.
will i receive a proper invoice with delivery
Every package includes a printed invoice showing VAT and our Potsdam address. If you would like an additional paper copy by mail, we will gladly include it.
what happens if the device does not fit
You can return unused items in their sealed original packaging within 30 days. After inspecting the return in our workshop, we will refund the purchase price to your bank account.
