Orders received Monday through Friday before 13:00 leave our workshop the same day. If an order arrives later, on the weekend, or on a public holiday, we ship on the next business day. Immediately after checkout, we send you a confirmation with your order number, followed by the tracking code in your dispatch notification.

• Alternatively, open the shipment tracking page on our website and enter your order number.
• The tracking status updates upon the first physical scan at the depot, usually within 24 hours of dispatch.
• Each transit hub in the distribution network records the current location all the way to your door.

All delivery estimates are in business days from the moment the item leaves our workbench and remain guidelines, not guaranteed dates. In remote areas, please allow an extra 1-2 days.

We offer free shipping to Germany on orders of €79 or more; for smaller orders from our workshop, we charge €4.90. You will see the exact shipping rate for your delivery address at checkout before confirming your purchase.

If the shipment travels beyond the borders of Germany, we display rates and transit times during checkout. Applicable customs duties and import fees are set by the destination country and must be paid by the recipient. If you refuse delivery at customs, we handle the package as a standard return.

6.1 Damaged

Inspect the package carefully upon delivery. If the outer box or contents show damage, take photos and contact us within 48 hours at [email protected]. We will arrange a free replacement or refund the invoice amount; we only ask for the defective item to be returned after a separate agreement.

6.2 Lost

If the tracking status remains unchanged for 5 business days, send us a short message quoting your order number. We will open an official inquiry with our logistics partner and, at your preference, send a replacement or refund the total amount within 10 business days of your report.

6.3 Tracking shows delivered, but the parcel is missing

Please check with neighbors, within your building, or at the nearest pickup location. If the package cannot be found, notify us within 3 days of the delivery scan. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier and keep you informed along the way.
