14-day refund guarantee

The cancellation window is 14 days from the delivery date. This timeframe applies whether the housing shows transit damage, has a defect, arrived as the wrong version, or you simply changed your mind.

Return conditions

Damaged or defective item: we prepare an immediate replacement or refund the full amount, including original postage; please attach photos of the issue to your message.
Incorrect model delivered: we promptly send the correct unit and arrange collection of the wrong item at our expense.
Returns if not satisfied: The item must arrive unused, in its undamaged original packaging, and with all seals and tags attached. You cover return postage; we cannot refund initial shipping costs.
For hygiene and health reasons, hearing aids and ear hygiene products with broken seals cannot be returned unless there is a technical defect.

For reasons of health protection and hygiene, all products intended for direct contact with the ear canal or supplied as liquids/gels are excluded from the right of return once the protective film, banderole, or hygiene seal has been opened or damaged after delivery.

Return procedure for our workshop

Write to us at [email protected] or call +49 331 26351769 within 14 days of receipt. Include your order number, the reason, and clear photos if the item is damaged.
Our team will reply within one business day with a reference number and our workshop address.
Place the device back into its original box, include the note with your reference number, and tape the parcel securely shut.
Send the package to the specified address and email us the tracking code. Please keep the receipt until the refund is credited.

Refunds and processing time

We inspect the returned item on our test bench within 3 business days and confirm receipt by email. Refunds are issued through the original payment method: for cash on delivery, we transfer the funds to your specified bank account; for bank transfers, back to the originating account. Financial institutions usually take 1-5 business days to process this.

Exchanges and cancellations

If you prefer a different model, please return the item and place a new order; we will credit the amount directly once received. Orders can be canceled free of charge before handover to the carrier: send a quick message with your order number to [email protected].
